“Myself and my girlfriend have been together for about six months. We had a few arguments recently, so seeked the guidance of Mark who helped us to understand each others' needs as a couple through therapy. He is friendly, understanding, intuitive and offers great advice. Me and my girlfriend are much better at resolving differences amicably now following this therapy. “I took therapy sessions with Jan since April 2020. Jan has been great with helping me unravel some emotions and trauma I wasn't aware of. She's helped me understand some aspects of my life, that I couldn't have done by myself. However, in terms of what to do about those emotions and trauma, Jan's help was limited. She wasn't able to give me any concrete help to treat my wounds/confront my problems, and it's because of that, I stopped my therapy. Thank you Jan for everything. I wish you the best.”
