3 Years Experience

I first started my journey as a Therapist in 2014, I achieved my Level 4 and Level 5 In Relationship Therapy. I trained with Relate and still work within the organisation a few hours a week. In 2016 I achieved my Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I offer and specialise in Individual & Relationship Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I work collaboratively with my clients to find solutions to the difficulties they are experiencing. It’s important to me that my clients feel validated, and safe.

It is my promise to provide a calm and safe environment for my clients and for therapy to progress at a pace that is comfortable for them. Together we build a trusting therapeutic relationship that is mutually respectful. This enables us to work through the difficulties they are experiencing and for them to develop the skills they need to move forward to a happier future.
