“I've been seeing Eleanor for three years, and it's hard to overstate how much she's helped me. She's a truly great listener. She takes the time to understand what's really going on before offering any perspective, and I always leave feeling heard. But she's not just there to nod along. I have a pretty big ego, and she's never been afraid to call me out on my BS, which is exactly what I've needed. Over the years she's helped me work through everything from relationships, family dynamics and career decisions to grief and my relationship with drugs and alcohol, and she's brought the same care and honesty to all of it. She creates a space where it feels safe to be honest, even about the hard stuff, and I've been able to move past things I'd been carrying for a long time. If you're thinking about starting therapy, I can't recommend Eleanor highly enough.”

“I started working with Josef a few years ago and I have found our sessions very useful. He is a calming presence and is also very understanding of the trials and tribulations many face on a daily basis which allows patients to open up and be more honest and creates a no judgement zone, which is instrumental in personal development. Speaking of personal development, I have found I have made a heap of progress in my daily life / attitude with regards to anxiety, depression, personal relationships and self esteem and a portion of this can be attributed to the sessions I have had on a regular basis with Josef over the past few years. ”
