“I have had an excellent experience with Josephine, she has a very calming, non-judgemental manner and is easy to open up to. The pace of the sessions was well matched to where I was at different times, she is good at sensing what you need at that moment (e.g. just to talk vs looking at specific CBT or other techniques/strategies). Importantly I have come away feeling that I have a toolkit that I can continue to use post therapy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. ”

“I started speaking to Joe a few months ago as I needed help and support with some issues with my behaviour, and inability to break out of addictions that were causing plenty of negative consequences in my life. I am happy to say that speaking to Joe is one of the best decisions I have ever made, and he has helped me uncover a far better understanding of myself, and lead me to making long-lasting changes in my life for the better. Joe has been invaluable in offering guidance and support over the past few months - knowing when to listen and when to step in with a few well-chosen words of advice. We've also worked on exercises that have given me tools to use in certain situations, which I have already been able to put in place. I have seen a huge turnaround in my mindset and behaviour since starting to speak with Joe that I didn't even think was possible - helping me break out of a cycle of poor decision-making which was negatively affecting my life.
