“I would like to leave a positive review for Dr. Chaudhry. Dr. Chaudhry is a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate counsellor. In our sessions, she listens with full presence and responds with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Today we discussed some very complex issues involving the Home Office, judicial review, and the difficulties I faced with the CE-filing system. What impressed me most was that she did not dismiss or minimise my experience — instead, she fully understood the emotional impact of being ignored by institutions and validated how unreasonable and overwhelming the situation has been. She also recognised the systemic nature of these problems and agreed that many people in similar situations suffer because the system fails to provide even basic reassurance or communication. Her understanding, insight, and non-judgmental support made me feel seen and respected. “Josephine is an incredible counsellor, and she truly goes above and beyond in the service she provides. After just 1 session with Josephine, I felt a sense of hope again as she was kind, understanding, and great at adapting to my particular situation. I was in a very bad place and had a short amount of time to work on my mental health before I go away. She was incredibly understanding of this and adapted the CBT schedule accordingly. I had CBT on the NHS, which was not effective for me and made me feel like there was no hope; however, starting CBT with Josephine has had such an enormous impact on my wellbeing. Her counselling is incredibly high quality, and she is truly amazing at what she does. As a result, I have regained that hope for my mental health, which I had lost. After just 4 sessions with her, I have seen the biggest improvement in my mental health since I started struggling. Josephine is excellent at teaching you how to cope with your struggles. In the short time I have had with her, she has already taught me incredibly valuable tools, helping me to identify my unhelpful thoughts and most importantly how to improve upon them and reframe them! By adjusting the CBT to my specific situation and thoughts I have seen significant results in my anxiety and depression and Josephine has given me the techniques to continue this positive change and to move forward. I could not recommend her enough! Josephine is warm, welcoming and highly professional. It's been a wonderful experience learning from her, and I am excited to continue improving my wellbeing with her in the future.”

“I can't express how much of a difference Liam has made in my life in the past two years. After feeling misunderstood my entire life, he has validated my feelings, reassured and understood me which completely changed the way I saw myself. Most importantly he has also given me a sense of empowerment that it won't be like this forever, and helped me see the good parts of myself that I never saw as a result of childhood abuse. He is incredibly intelligent and gifted in what he does, and I trust him 100% when opening up about my past. I have a space where I don't feel ashamed to talk about my feelings, which was honestly such a relieving and surreal experience to me after my childhood. I have never felt judged when opening up, as he always genuine, compassionate and kind in each session. He really creates a safe space for you to talk openly about your feelings, and has endless patience which really helps as someone who seeks reassurance all the time. I never knew how much anxiety I was living with, and where it actually came from, but after opening up about my childhood, and looking deeper at the relationships I had as I child, he helped me understand why exactly I was feeling this way and that I am strong. I've been called sensitive and weak my entire life, and through EMDR and talk therapy for the past two years, I have an entirely new perspective. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would, as I really don't know where I would be if I didn't start therapy with Liam. I couldn't recommend him more!”
