“I would like to leave a positive review for Dr. Chaudhry. Dr. Chaudhry is a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate counsellor. In our sessions, she listens with full presence and responds with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Today we discussed some very complex issues involving the Home Office, judicial review, and the difficulties I faced with the CE-filing system. What impressed me most was that she did not dismiss or minimise my experience — instead, she fully understood the emotional impact of being ignored by institutions and validated how unreasonable and overwhelming the situation has been. She also recognised the systemic nature of these problems and agreed that many people in similar situations suffer because the system fails to provide even basic reassurance or communication. Her understanding, insight, and non-judgmental support made me feel seen and respected. “After getting caught in a lot of toxic relationships with people, I was left feeling trapped, upset and my confidence was really low. The depression and anxiety led me to stop putting myself out there to try anything new, or be able to speak to anyone. I was stuck in a loop of wanting to get out but not knowing how to do it. Joe was empathetic and easy to talk with. He was non judgemental and obviously very caring. When you're used to having people not listening to you, having someone that listens to you can do wonders for your self esteem. And being able to talk through a lot of issues helped me feel like I had more mental space to try new things and work hard on myself. “Graham has a calming and compassionate air about him - he is the absolute opposite of my wires, hyperactive self, which works very well. Graham has listened to me pour over the past, ponder on the present, and he regularly encourages me to pause and soak up things I've said, when my instinct is to rush on and not actually realise when I'm having a moment of clarity. I do a lot of laughing at the past, and unlike previous coaches and therapists who have told me outright it is unhealthy, Graham allows me to feel what I am feeling, and it is incredibly validating. Sometimes all I do is turn up and dump out my thoughts, and he knows when to listen, when to interject, and when to offer some insight and reflection. “I have suffered with anxiety for as long as I can remember but I didn't realise it. I can usually pull myself out of a mental funk but had reached a point a few weeks ago where I just couldn't. I was feeling very down and had lost all motivation to do anything. My self talk was also extremely negative. Enfys is warm, understanding and very upbeat. After the first session with her my mood improved dramatically and my relationship with my husband improved because I was much less irritable and snappy - prior to this I was pretty much in a constant state of irritation. Enfys used a combination of Hypnotherapy and explaining how stress was affecting me. She helped me to put my attention on what I want in life to help me get there, something I already understood but had lost my way with it.
