She was able to read the weeks when I could be challenged and supportively pushed and take a step back on the weeks when I just needed a good cry! “For the majority of the last year, Justin has helped me understand parts of me that I previously considered to be unfixable and untouchable. With his guidance and knowledge, as well as him just being there for me to open up, something I struggled to do beforehand, gave me the confidence to help me change habits that were having a seriously negative impact on me and people around me.
