“I have been working with Christie on and off for more than two years. I have found her clear approach to be very helpful in understanding my issues and how to best manage them. She sometimes recommends books and articles which give me more technical understanding and additional information. I find this particularly useful to help me centre myself in other people's experiences, and this also helps me reflect and journal in between sessions. Having the focus to reflect between sessions means I am using counselling actively to work on myself, rather than passively, and it's Christie's approach and guidance which supports me to do this. I like the consistency of her approach over time, and I feel like I really benefit from my sessions. Therapy gives me the chance to discuss things which I can't or don't want to discuss with my friends or people around me, and it supports me to regulate my emotions and reactions. Therapy (and Christie) really helps me to understand myself better and my 'parts' and this is so helpful in managing my life. ”

“Sue, is incredibly thoughtful in her approach to therapy. Her focus is clear and concise which helped me drown out the noise and remove prior "blueprints" from my mind. “I started my journey with Georgia when I was in the darkest place in my life. I was struggling with severe Anxiety and Panic attacks. I was scared of leaving home, couldn't even go to shops or a café, or take a bus or stand in a queue. I was on sick leave from work and stressed about not being able to go back to work. I was desperately looking for help, someone who could show me a way out of that darkness. I found her profile on here, Harley Therapy platform, and requested for an appointment. For almost 3 months I had intense CBT therapy with Georgia, took baby steps and today that I am writing this review, I am just back from the gym. Now I am able to sit comfortably in a bus and go to London Bridge, Trafalgar Sq, British Museum, and any places I want. I am able to take tube and trains to some destinations. I am back to work and work full time. I am happy and grateful for the support I received from her, techniques she taught me and how she encouraged me to challenge my fears and overcome them. Georgia is very kind and calm, she let you be yourself, she doesn't judge you and listens to you with all her heart and helps you to find the light in the darkness. ”
“Where do I start! I’ve been working with Yossi now for 3 months and in that time he has literally changed my life. When, I started therapy, was in a pretty low place and he picked me back up and helped me work through my challenges, giving me clarity on my thoughts and feelings. She knew exactly what questions to ask to get to find out more about my problems, she didn't waste time asking me for useless information like some therapists do.
