“I would like to leave a positive review for Dr. Chaudhry. Dr. Chaudhry is a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate counsellor. In our sessions, she listens with full presence and responds with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Today we discussed some very complex issues involving the Home Office, judicial review, and the difficulties I faced with the CE-filing system. What impressed me most was that she did not dismiss or minimise my experience — instead, she fully understood the emotional impact of being ignored by institutions and validated how unreasonable and overwhelming the situation has been. She also recognised the systemic nature of these problems and agreed that many people in similar situations suffer because the system fails to provide even basic reassurance or communication. Her understanding, insight, and non-judgmental support made me feel seen and respected. I am grateful for her professionalism, her kindness, and her willingness to understand the deeper context behind my stress. “I highly recommend trying Floyd as a therapist if you are seeking someone new. I was not expecting to see any results at first as I have had poor luck with therapists in the past, and was concerned that I was beyond help. One of my biggest issues was not feeling seen, understood, or listened to. Floyd is an excellent listener, and keeps impeccable notes which enable him to draw parallels within your life and reveal insights. He is great at encouraging self reflection, and motivating and validating progress. I am on my 9th session so far and my life has already improved significantly (although it should be noted that I am having therapy at the same time as taking antidepressants). Overall, Floyds strong suits are his compassion, friendliness, approachability, and eagerness to listen and advise. I look forwards to our sessions each week, despite the fact that the conversations had are not easy for me.”

“Working with Yossi has been immensely beneficial. He is an understanding and sympathetic presence, yet I found his ability to challenge and question my point of view (when necessary) very helpful. At first he did not bring much to our sessions other than a space for me to be heard. I initially found this disconcerting but I quickly realised that his approach is to build up a picture of a client's issues by allow them space to talk. This approach was helpful in the long run as over time he became very good at linking issues and events I had talked about previously with the new information I brought to him. He made it clear that he was not there to provide me with practical advice regarding what I can and cannot do in my own life. Yet he was judgement-free when talking about any sensitive issues I brought to him and I found his input helpful. His focus on many of the issues I brought to him was primarily how it impacted myself and my own internal world. This was helpful as developing this skill is one of the main reasons I chose to start therapy. He seemed knowledgeable with the technical side of psychotherapy and provided me with helpful reading materials related to childhood trauma and arousal states when I requested. He was not afraid to explain when the topic fell outside the scope of his expertise or responsibilities as a therapist and in these instances he was keen to bring the session back within these parametres. He was patient and sympathetic without being patronising or flippant and overall I have found his therapy beneficial for my mental health and sense of self. He has provided me with helpful guidance and mentorship on a whole array of personal issues and I would strongly recommend his therapy to others. I would definitely work with Yossi again in the future!”
