“Helen is a wonderful, calm and insightful influence, who challenges you to reflect, see from different perspectives and become aware of your patterns while supporting you throughout that journey. She is incredibly observant and has picked up on moments and patterns in my life that I had never considered before, helping to piece together the puzzle of my behaviour and bringing my actions from my periphery into my conscious awareness.
