“I am so very pleased to be having sessions with Sue. I was incredibly anxious trying therapy again after I had bad experience in the past with others, but I want to get better so I decided to brave trying again with someone new and I'm very glad I did as Sue has been absolutely fantastic! Infact, it no longer feels like it was a brave thing to do and rather it was the right decision. She is very kind, understanding, supportive and encouraging. She isn't judgemental, not even for my faith as she knows it helps me, so she encourages that too. Sessions feel easy going, helpful and positive, not heavy and criticizing like I have experienced previously with others.. I feel lifted after each session rather than exhausted. Not only can I feel an improvement in myself but my close friends have also told me they have noticed a change in me too! Even after our first assessment session Sue made sure to give me some tools to help me and every session since has felt like such a blessing after many years of struggling to cope. After every session I feel my improvement growing and I enjoy being able to take notes as she has so many helpful things to say that I like to look back on to help me remember. Therapy with Sue feels like talking with a very wise and positive friend, while still being professional, so I no longer feel anxious about therapy, I've found relief!
