“Mira was an excellent therapist. It was my first time seeing a therapist and she was exactly what I was hoping for. She is a good listener and analysed my problems well to suggest the best management techniques for my anxiety. I attended my session 5 minutes later than the scheduled start time due to technological problems however, she kindly agreed to adjust timings so that I get the full 50 minutes. I would for sure recommend Mira to anyone struggling with anxiety. She has a good balance of professionalism and friendliness.”
