“I have tried a few different therapists and often found the experience a little frustrating until I began working with Josephine. She is by far and away the best experience that I have had - a sympathetic person but also action oriented. We have gone on a carefully managed journey, which has led me to face, understand and then leave behind things that have bothered me all my life. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
Therapist: Josephine Waugh
“Great session, felt very comfortable given it was my first time doing anything related to talking about my problems and feelings to a professional”
Therapist: Sian Hines
“Gosia was warm, perceptive and insightful. I felt completely at ease talking with her, and left my session feeling lighter. I couldn’t recommend her enough. ”

“I was very pleased with my first session with Katrina. She skillfully elicited a lot information on the major issues I wish to address in therapy and gently suggested how some of these might be categorised in clinical terms without making any dogmatic assertions. As a consequence, I felt that I was being listened to as a whole person rather than being assigned to particular theoretical boxes. Katrina also put me in the driving seat when it came to deciding which style of therapy would suit me best, frequency of sessions, 'homework' etc. So far, I am very happy with my choice and am looking forward to getting started with therapy in the next couple of weeks.”
Therapist: Katrina Liosatos
“Great sessions. Julie is empathetic and accurate in her assessments. I highly recommend her”

“I’ve seen quite a few therapists before, but never really found the right fit for me. I’ve only had a few sessions with Ch’maine so far, and they’ve already been more helpful than any I’ve had previously. She explains things in a way that really makes sense, and she genuinely listens to make sure I’m getting the kind of support that is most suited for me. She’s also very easy to talk to, which makes it so much easier to discuss issues that I am trying to work on, I would definitely recommend Ch’maine! ”
Therapist: Chmaine Robinson
“This was my first ever session and I was worried about getting the basic generic advice others have had "dont think about your problems" but that did not happen. Sue was calm and friendly making it easy for me to open up.”

“Was really easy to talk to and applied no pressure. Will definitely be coming back”
“It is hard to find the words to describe what changes have happened since I had my first session with Tej. I don't think I really even understand what is happening to me but it's all extremely positive. I have only had 4 sessions so far and the past 4 weeks have been the most emotional but liberating of my life. I've had a range of mental health diagnosis given to me through my life - anxiety, depression, OCD - and I had completed numerous rounds of CBT with little effect. I have been on what can only be described as a lifelong roller coaster of overwhelm and underwhelm with little space in between of actual peace for any length of time. I lived with an empty feeling inside me that never went away, like a void that could never be filled with anything as much as I tried - work, food, people, hobbies, alcohol or even myself - this left me feeling like there was something fundamentally wrong with me and I would blame anything and everything for my own internal pain and disconnection. This was all relatively manageable (because I'd never known any different, I thought this was normal) until I has a breakdown 5 years ago and then subsequently spent the years since in some sort of huge crisis whether that be relationally or professionally or anything in between. I felt completely stuck, numb and empty and unable to move forward or that there was any point to life or even a future. I was swinging between being completely disconnected or in a state of massive distress; it just kept getting worse and it affected my thoughts 24/7. After a few years of this rollercoaster and more attempts at CBT, I finally found Tej. I chose Tej because she does a range of different therapy methods and I was so sick of feeling the way I did that I wanted to finally get to the route cause of my issues rather than treating the anxious/ depressive surface level symptoms. I never really knew much about Complex Trauma and thought that my upbringing was relatively normal - there was no one massive trauma in my past but there was a lot of difficulties and confusion that I am only just starting to realise really affected me. What I'm learning is that by linking the past with how you relate to and connect with others in adulthood you start to find some peace. You have to allow yourself to start feeling all these feelings (I never really understood what feelings even are and wasn't really allowed to feel them growing up - all I ever really felt in adulthood was pain or numb and empty) but now as one feeling now comes up, more just seem to follow and with it a lot of tears sometimes! This can be very difficult at times but feelings don't kill you. I'm feeling more clear headed that I have in years, less impulsive, less reactive, less attached, less empty and alone. People around me are noticing changes. I feel like I'm more grounded, I haven't felt like drinking alcohol, I haven't felt like binge eating. I'm only at the start of this journey but I finally feel hopeful. Like I'm at the entrance of a tunnel that somewhere far off in the distance there is actually light at the end, rather than it being complete darkness. My only advice is trust the process and don't hold back however much it hurts and however difficult it might feel. Don't even think about it - book a session with Tej. ”
“Understanding, kind and respectful. Anne asks the right questions to help me understand and gain perspective of my emotions. Really helpful; I highly recommend her. ”
“Understood me pretty well and quickly which made me feel better about telling my story. Felt in good hands and decided to start working with Kim long term. ”
“Steph was brilliant, she made me feel at ease instantly. It was a relaxed conversation that gave plenty to think about and helped me find the answers I so desperately needed. I will certainly be speaking with her again soon. ”
“Seeing Tej is like starting a new acne treatment. At first, things seem to be going well with slow but consistent results. Then suddenly, the acne all comes to the surface at once, leaving you feeling worse than before. What's actually happening is, Tej is reaching in and pulling all of your issues to the surface. She is examining them in the light of day and truly helping you to understand your brain chemistry and function. While it may seem scary and almost like a step back, it is in fact the beginning of a wonderful journey towards a sound mind and inner peace. ”
“I had a lovely session with Mrs Sheila. She is a great listener and was very empathetic and helpful. She helped me realised a lot of things about myself and I felt very positive after the session with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who to accomplish their goals and get rid of their fears. ”
“Maria was great and very helpful, another session booked in.”
