“I started working with Josef a few years ago and I have found our sessions very useful. He is a calming presence and is also very understanding of the trials and tribulations many face on a daily basis which allows patients to open up and be more honest and creates a no judgement zone, which is instrumental in personal development. Speaking of personal development, I have found I have made a heap of progress in my daily life / attitude with regards to anxiety, depression, personal relationships and self esteem and a portion of this can be attributed to the sessions I have had on a regular basis with Josef over the past few years. ”

“I’m incredibly grateful to Josephine for the support she has given me through a particularly difficult period of low mood and significant anxiety. When I first started our sessions, I was in a place of real distress, and I honestly feel that I am now in a very different place because of the work we have done together. Josephine is incredibly compassionate and consistent, but also knows when to challenge my ways of thinking, which I have found particularly valuable.
