“I was initially worried about starting therapy but during a particularly challenging time in my life I decided it was an option worth trying. I find it incredibly difficult to ask for help but Martyn put me at ease very quickly. He creates a safe space for me during which time he listens without judgement and with empathy. This has enabled me to open up and trust him with the most difficult and sensitive issues I have been struggling with. His insight and reflections have in turn helped me to take more control of my life and reframe the way I think about things. My therapy with Martyn is remote but still feels warm and personal and is also very easy to schedule around my busy life.
