“I consulted Kelly for a couple of months after experiencing anxiety that was interfering with my sleep-schedule and overall happiness, leading to feelings of depression. Kelly guided me through this time, first by giving me the tools I needed to deal with panic attacks, and overall by helping me understand where these feelings were coming from. Her suggestions and insights have helped me understand concepts that were engrained in me and were pushing me down. I now know how to recognise the signs of early anxiety and self-doubt, and have found ways to move forward from these stages.”

“I contacted Gareth for help to deal with anxiety. From the very first session I felt comfortable with his approach. He is personable, professional and clearly passionate about what he does. His bio suggests that he can draw upon many disciplines but in my case he suggested Solution Focused Mindfulness as the best way forward. Each session was comprised of what I thought was a good balance between free-flow conversation, practical self-help techniques and then actual one-to-one therapy. He also provided the tools and resources for me to practice on my own and apply his techniques between appointments. His stated objective at the very beginning was to get me to a stage where I was sufficiently able to apply his teachings on my own without his assistance and that’s exactly what he did. I'm writing this review about 7 weeks after our last session. I have no hesitation in recommending him. ”

She used a range of tools and techniques to get the core of my issues and then helped me through a complex and momentous decision process at a crossroads in my life. I am now over a year on from that point in my life and very happy with the route I have taken.
