“I have been to several therapists and without a doubt Dr. Sidra has been the most helpful one I have seen. She has been guiding me into the depths of my mind to confront the core of my struggles and develop a deeper understanding of who I am, and why I am the way I am. Dr. Sidra has shown me that the goal of her therapy is not just superficial / band-aid solutions (such as mindfulness methods for dealing with anxiety, depression, etc). Her therapy is aimed at finding the root of the issue and tackling it so that we can move on. In the couple of months I have seen her, I have been shocked by my own progress and how much I have learned about myself.
