“I have been working with Christie on and off for more than two years. I have found her clear approach to be very helpful in understanding my issues and how to best manage them. She sometimes recommends books and articles which give me more technical understanding and additional information. I find this particularly useful to help me centre myself in other people's experiences, and this also helps me reflect and journal in between sessions. Having the focus to reflect between sessions means I am using counselling actively to work on myself, rather than passively, and it's Christie's approach and guidance which supports me to do this. I like the consistency of her approach over time, and I feel like I really benefit from my sessions. Therapy gives me the chance to discuss things which I can't or don't want to discuss with my friends or people around me, and it supports me to regulate my emotions and reactions. Therapy (and Christie) really helps me to understand myself better and my 'parts' and this is so helpful in managing my life. ”

“Talking to Szabolcs is fantastic. As the other reviewer said, he's an avid listener, and made me reconsider how I related to my current situation. His style was markedly different from other therapists in my past, he's understanding and empathetic and insightful. Despite that we started with friendly introductions, we managed to get through quite a lot in the session. He's coming from an angle of a friendly aquintenance, and makes suggestions and insights directly from my perspective after hearing what causes me pain. He's asking very good questions as well. I'm happy that I went and it made me feel better and understand more about what I'm going through now and what I've been through before.”
