“I have been working with Christie on and off for more than two years. I have found her clear approach to be very helpful in understanding my issues and how to best manage them. She sometimes recommends books and articles which give me more technical understanding and additional information. I find this particularly useful to help me centre myself in other people's experiences, and this also helps me reflect and journal in between sessions. Having the focus to reflect between sessions means I am using counselling actively to work on myself, rather than passively, and it's Christie's approach and guidance which supports me to do this. I like the consistency of her approach over time, and I feel like I really benefit from my sessions. Therapy gives me the chance to discuss things which I can't or don't want to discuss with my friends or people around me, and it supports me to regulate my emotions and reactions. Therapy (and Christie) really helps me to understand myself better and my 'parts' and this is so helpful in managing my life. ”

“Junior is very easy to talk to, very approachable and open-minded. He has a variety of techniques based on what best fits the person, is happy to find more information if you ask for anything specific, and provides worksheets so you can develop better routines and help yourself. He is also down-to-earth and has a sense of humour, which always helps. For someone like me for whom this was the first time doing something like this, I think he was an ideal therapist.”
“Francesco is amazing. I have been trying for years to work with my personal issues, to no avail. It's taken only a couple of sessions with him and I already feel like a different, better person. My issues have gone from almost crippling to basically non-existent, and I know I will only improve. He is attentive, thorough, and will go to the root of your problems. He is also super available, willing to go beyond scheduled hours if he understood the session warranted it. I never felt rushed on any of his sessions. Not only has he helped me with my past and current issues, he has provided me with the tools to deal with any future issues that could arise. “Julie has been absolutely fantastic through-out the past 12-months. I am diagnosed with BPD, Bipolar Disorder and Generalised Anxiety Disorder, and I opted to try DBT sessions as previous attempts at CBT and CAT have failed. I cannot express the amount I have grown in the last 12 months; truly, I owe it all to Julie. She's incredibly patient, and provides really good tools and skills that I have learnt to utilise in my everyday life - so much so, my partner has even learnt new ways of managing emotional regulation through Julie's teachings. I think I'm coming to the end of my DBT therapy, but I am looking at other forms of therapy via Julie that may be helpful. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone.”
