“I’m incredibly grateful to Josephine for the support she has given me through a particularly difficult period of low mood and significant anxiety. When I first started our sessions, I was in a place of real distress, and I honestly feel that I am now in a very different place because of the work we have done together. Josephine is incredibly compassionate and consistent, but also knows when to challenge my ways of thinking, which I have found particularly valuable. She has given me so many practical resources and techniques that I can continue to use outside of our sessions. We have talked about a huge range of things, from immediate worries and challenges to experiences from much further back in my life. I have always felt completely comfortable being open with her. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely non-judgemental, and I have never felt that anything I brought to a session was too small, insignificant or “silly” to discuss. I feel much better equipped to understand myself, manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and recognise the patterns that can affect how I feel. I would wholeheartedly recommend Josephine to anyone considering therapy, and I’m very grateful that I found her at a time when I really needed the support.”

“I have now been with Mia for just over 2 years now. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she has helped me through these past couple of years. Specially with my OCD she has been amazing & so understanding about everything. She has really enlighten me about things that I never really knew anything about, like doing CBT-REBT therapy!
