“I’ve seen quite a few therapists before, but never really found the right fit for me. I’ve only had a few sessions with Ch’maine so far, and they’ve already been more helpful than any I’ve had previously. She explains things in a way that really makes sense, and she genuinely listens to make sure I’m getting the kind of support that is most suited for me. She’s also very easy to talk to, which makes it so much easier to discuss issues that I am trying to work on, I would definitely recommend Ch’maine! ”

He was empathetic and easy to talk to and was able to help me reflect on a number of issues and difficulties I was and had experienced. May has helped me immensely not only by her words of expertise but through being kind, calming, understanding and non judgemental throughout. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone considering trying therapy. She offers various session types (over the phone, video call, face to face), I went with face to face and attended her home. She has a very lovely home that makes you feel comfortable and at ease from stepping in the door.
