“I have been working with Shona for the past 18 months and she has helped me with my PTSD. I really struggled during the pandemic times and some past unresolved items came up to the surface. Shona worked with me and helped me understand my self-talk pattern and I could see how unhelpful this was to me. “Enfys is a breath of fresh air! I contacted Enfys as I wanted some help with some health anxiety and some strange dizziness symptoms I had been experiencing that medical tests couldn’t answer. Enfys gave me a great understanding of the brain/mind and the impact that negative thinking/stress etc can have on the body, and gave me some very useful tools for managing this. Her sessions are both educational and compassionate. She’s enthusiastic, friendly and warm, and a joy to chat to! Whilst my symptoms haven’t disappeared completely they have significantly improved and I’m sure this is due to Enfys’ help! ”
