“My psychotherapist is amazing. I was in a bad way and checked reviews before using her. I have felt so much better since speaking to Eleanor. I had issues stemming back and knew I needed trauma therapy, after consulting my gp. I have got so far and could not of done this without my therapist I feel I can trust and speak openly to her and to me this is very important. I feel very at ease speaking to Eleanor she has changed my way of thinking and my outlook in the way I’m dealing with things. I had a little set back this week but after speaking to her she pulled out the positive points too. I felt I had no purpose left but Eleanor has helped me slowly turn things around for this I will be truly grateful.
