“I truly believed that therapy wasn’t for me until I met Alex. Sessions feel natural and he is able to subtly alter the course of therapy depending on what comes to the surface. It is different than other therapy I have had because it feels as though we work together. We both regularly share and build on one another’s points which makes me feel as though I am figuring things out with someone, and going through the motions myself, rather than relying on them to give me answers.
