“After years of struggling with mental health problems, substance abuse, social anxiety along side 10 years of failed attempts at seeking help from GPs and other psychologists I decided to give it one last go and came across Melanie. Within a short period of time we were able to identify the underlying issues and then make significant progress in understanding them and dealing with them. I was given the tools and understanding to take this knowledge and incorporate it into my everyday life which has been invaluable. “I started having CBT sessions with Anthony during a crisis period, where I was experiencing intense anxiety, depression and had been struggling to deal with chronic pain caused by central sensitisation for 3 years. I found Anthony very understanding to and reassuring, as well as highly knowledgeable about all concepts and strategies he taught me. It was also great to work with someone who understood the relationship between anxiety and chronic pain as this helped me reframe what was going on in both my body and mind. Within 2-3 months of working with Anthony I saw significant improvements in my anxiety and depression as well as small improvements in my chronic pain. After 9 months of working with Anthony I have been free of chronic anxiety and depression for many months and my chronic pain is 90% improved. I have been able to reclaim my life and come out on the other side stronger and with new tools for dealing with the stresses of life. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone dealing with similar issues.”
