From the very first session, Shelly made me feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at ease. She has such a calming presence and explains everything in a way that is clear, compassionate, and easy to understand. I’ve had therapy in the past, but I’ve never experienced the kind of real “wow” moments that I’ve had working with Shelly. She created a space where I felt safe to open up and share the good, the bad, and the ugly, and I truly think that’s what makes her so special. There’s no judgement, just genuine understanding and practical tools that actually help. The way she explains things and helps connect the dots has been incredibly powerful for me. Honestly, it feels like years of emotional wounds have started healing in such a short amount of time. I feel lighter, happier, calmer, and far more optimistic than I did when I joined that very first Zoom call. Thank you, Shelly. I know I still have a journey ahead of me, but I’m genuinely blown away by the progress that’s already happened.
