“Mark is a fantastic therapist who I would recommend to anyone looking to be more assertive and confident. Over the past 4 months he has helped me with many areas including assertiveness, boundaries, guilt, relationships, family issues and self esteem/confidence. Mark is a good listener and offers great advice and insights, he's very professional and an accepting, non-judgemental person and I feel respected and valued. You can tell he cares about his patients. I feel that through working together I've grown be more assertive, standing up for myself feels more natural and I feel less guilty holding boundaries.
