“I'v been doing regular therapy with Liam for around 18 months, dealing with work insecurity, anxiety, toxic relationships, and trauma. I've previously seen two long-term therapists. I'm a cis male. Liam is definitely the best therapist I've had. His strengths lie in his ability to put what I'm saying in context, be affirming while being honest, and to draw on the real world in ways that may not be always expected, but which are always worth reflecting on. He is careful without being cold, and displays real care while being highly responsible. He remembers what I say. Although we've done some very difficult work, I can honestly say I often look forward to our sessions. Style definitely matters with therapists, and I guess Liam's style wouldn't necessarily be appealing for everyone - he's highly grounded, worldly, and realistic, but warm and genuine. And without a trace of 'blokey-ness'. So I'm certain his insight would be of value to a wide range of people. I can't recommend him highly enough.”
