“Julie was my therapist during a time of acute anxiety for me. She was professional in her manner and came to every session with a smile. It felt like I was really being listened to. She would listen carefully, then pick up the most important parts of what I said and begin to work on that, asking relavant follow-up questions, and often linking this to prevalent areas of Pyschology. Each session, would build on the previous one. She helped me tremendously and now I am doing much better.
