“I was very pleased with my first session with Katrina. She skillfully elicited a lot information on the major issues I wish to address in therapy and gently suggested how some of these might be categorised in clinical terms without making any dogmatic assertions. As a consequence, I felt that I was being listened to as a whole person rather than being assigned to particular theoretical boxes. Katrina also put me in the driving seat when it came to deciding which style of therapy would suit me best, frequency of sessions, 'homework' etc. So far, I am very happy with my choice and am looking forward to getting started with therapy in the next couple of weeks.”

“I have had many therapists in the last 10 years and i can say hand on heart in the short amount of time me and Hilary knew each other i have made the most progress i have ever done. She is very welcoming and friendly, a warming character and very easy to talk to about anything without judgement.”
“Foremost I think it's key to mention what 'areas' I brought with me when I first started talking to Hilary. These included: - Immesne personal trauma - PTSD symptoms - History of eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia) - Experiences of depress and suicidal thoughts - Being cancelled and life altering experiences. I have had 9 sessions with Hilary now which is something I did not think I would fully commit to. I had held off starting therapy for so long, party due to not trusting the process and partly down to not trusting people to have a positive impact, or any impact at all. I am immensely glad to say I was wrong.
