“After my first session with Stephanie, I felt so much relief. It felt like a massive weight has been taken off my shoulders and that somone actually cared for my problems. “I've never attended a therapy session before so had no idea what to expect, but Josephine was very easy to talk to. I've only had one session but have already gained insights into how I think about the world. I'm not exactly sure what I want to get out of therapy (just that I need help!), so it's great that Josephine is an integrative counsellor as it means we can discuss and choose from multiple approaches.
