“I have had an excellent experience with Josephine, she has a very calming, non-judgemental manner and is easy to open up to. The pace of the sessions was well matched to where I was at different times, she is good at sensing what you need at that moment (e.g. just to talk vs looking at specific CBT or other techniques/strategies). Importantly I have come away feeling that I have a toolkit that I can continue to use post therapy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. ”

“Nick has been very easy to talk too. Very approachable and personable. His calm demeanour is great to relax into the session with. Also up for a laugh which i nice too. The flow is flexible and unstructured, which is nice as it keeps the pressure low. And when I did seek some more formal structure or tools, Nick was able to provide. Not quite the 5 stars as my issues changed and I felt as though I was needing some more structure/ formal engagement with some of the issues.”

She's helped me see how I can get through difficult times and relationship issues, and also helped me to work through past grief and traumatic moments. Wendy is incredibly kind, non-judgmental, knowledgeable and funny (where appropriate!). She is able to draw on her own personal experiences without imposing her beliefs or opinions on me as I decide how to manage certain situations, allowing me to reflect and decide what I feel is best for me, and it's a comfort knowing I have a space to discuss difficult topics openly.
