“I have had an excellent experience with Josephine, she has a very calming, non-judgemental manner and is easy to open up to. The pace of the sessions was well matched to where I was at different times, she is good at sensing what you need at that moment (e.g. just to talk vs looking at specific CBT or other techniques/strategies). Importantly I have come away feeling that I have a toolkit that I can continue to use post therapy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. ”

“Last year I had a breakdown, which has been dreadful for my family and friends (and me). I have C-PTSD and FND, which is not easy to live with. For most of my life, I have had issues. Eating disorders, self-harm and more. My body finally gave in and caused the breakdown. I was advised I must see a Psychologist in order to get better, so I did! In January this year (2021) I started my weekly sessions with Liam. It was the hardest thing I have EVER admitted and done. But i took the steps and the help Liam gave me is out of this world. He is so special! Liam gave me knowledge, courage, reassurance, confidence, he should showed me compassion and best of all he gave me back a happy life, not only for me but also my family. I have a smile on the my face and a very happy world in front of me. With all this in mind, I beg anyone that reads this if you are in a not-so-good place reach out to Liam, he will and can help. YOU are very precious to this world and deserve to live it with happiness, love and trust, which is what I now have because if the help from Liam. I use to be ashamed of my life & my feelings so didn't open up. it nearly cost me my life! There is NOTHING to be ashamed of. YOU don't need to live with pain and hurt! People love YOU and want YOU.
