“I just had my first session with Maria. Following my consultation/introduction session last week. I feel that this therapy is going to be of so much benefit to me. Her manner and way of letting the client start the session by talking about what’s on their mind is far less rigid and more easy to approach than most other therapists I’ve been to. That being said, shortly after I had spoken about some current issues, Maria gave me her insights and thoughts, and it was one of the biggest eye-openers about my current thinking I’ve ever had, which then led into talking about a lot of important (if painful) things that I didn’t expect to address or feel comfortable talking about so quickly. It was a very impactful session and the feeling I got straight away and that has stayed is that Maria clearly knows mental health and the underlying causes of different behaviours brilliantly and thoroughly.
