“Gareth is amazing. I have not done much formal therapy but the work with Gareth really helps, I find myself looking forward to sessions as well. Gareth also has a good sense of humour as well and always the right words. With Gareth’s therapy the MP3 audio given, which is listened too between sessions really add value and I find very helpful.
