“I have been working with Carmen for a year now, and have to say I was extremely lucky to find her straight away, as I have heard it is difficult to match with the right therapist for most people. I've had the exact opposite experience - she put me at ease immediately, and we went straight into what was causing me the most distress, eliminating things one by one, and looping back where more improvement is needed. With a combination of talking and visualisation exercises, I have overcome a number of mental blocks, unhealthy relationship dynamics, trauma, and repeated cycles, and my mental state is far better than it was a year ago. I would highly recommend working with Carmen if, like me, you are anxious, prone to feeling depressed, powerless, hopeless, lacking in energy, and suffering from psychosomatic symptoms, and you want to take responsibility for your life and reach a calmer, happier state.”
