it was great talking to someone who would listen to me carefully and understand what I was saying and going through, however, I don't think I had a lot from her which I actually expected to happen...

it was great talking to someone who would listen to me carefully and understand what I was saying and going through, however, I don't think I had a lot from her which I actually expected to happen as it was the first session and I was meant to speak more and tell her about myself, hopefully in the next session I can have more benefits and advices from her instead of just talking. I also liked that she offered to sent helpful links to me via email (which I am still waiting on), I also loved how she was smiling and was so friendly with me.

It's a bit early to say since it was only the initial assessment but first impressions were brilliant. I'm confident that I am matched with a suitable therapist.
