“I’m incredibly grateful to Josephine for the support she has given me through a particularly difficult period of low mood and significant anxiety. When I first started our sessions, I was in a place of real distress, and I honestly feel that I am now in a very different place because of the work we have done together. Josephine is incredibly compassionate and consistent, but also knows when to challenge my ways of thinking, which I have found particularly valuable. She has given me so many practical resources and techniques that I can continue to use outside of our sessions. We have talked about a huge range of things, from immediate worries and challenges to experiences from much further back in my life. I have always felt completely comfortable being open with her. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely non-judgemental, and I have never felt that anything I brought to a session was too small, insignificant or “silly” to discuss. “Nina makes you feel completely comfortable from the off, her methods are meaningful and structured. She remembers a lot of information and actively wants to get to know you to work through you, i feel completely at ease about opening up and being 100% truthful. I personally think she has this subconscious way of explaining something, which in turn makes you read between the lines and make you realise her assessment yourself, which gives maximum accountability ”
