“I have nothing but good things to say about my time with Lauren. There were plenty of things going on in my life at the time of starting the sessions where I didn't know how to deal with them all. Throughout the sessions we worked on finding the root causes of everything and how tackle situations/emotions in a helpful and constructive way. I learned to be kinder to myself and am making good progress at standing up for myself.
