“I can't recommend Josephine enough. I had felt a great deal of trepidation and anxiety before mustering the courage to book therapy sessions; lots of fears about would it be too hard/would I be able to talk openly etc. However, this melted away within minutes of our first session. Josephine is highly skilled, warm, intuitive and professional. Each session was done at my own pace, on my choice of topic and I always felt totally supported but in control. Josephine was incredibly adept at listening, drawing out the important points and guiding me to a clearer understanding of my thoughts and feelings.
