“I have had an excellent experience with Josephine, she has a very calming, non-judgemental manner and is easy to open up to. The pace of the sessions was well matched to where I was at different times, she is good at sensing what you need at that moment (e.g. just to talk vs looking at specific CBT or other techniques/strategies). Importantly I have come away feeling that I have a toolkit that I can continue to use post therapy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. ”

“Jason has been extremely helpful in initiating tough conversations that we were struggling to have on ur own. As a couple we have been empowered with proper tools on how to resolve issues that once felt to much for us to handle. He has been particularly helpful in advising us on how to work holistically as family including how to work better at raising our children which is honestly - priceless. As we are not based in the UK our sessions have been exclusively online, this hasn't hindered our growth at all. We look forward to our sessions and they often feel like a safe space to say a lot of what we have been holding back (Jason is great at prompting this) We would definitely recommend him to other couples especially those with young families. ”

“This is my first time accessing formal therapy and I’ve been so impressed and pleased with Lexy. She set me right at ease, and I feel so different in myself already. I first sought treatment for eating disorder related issues, having struggled with weight and body image since childhood (I’m a 29yr old female). Lexy has a holistic approach which means our sessions cover my disordered eating, but also other aspects of my mental well-being.
