“Liam was my first therapist I ever had sessions with. From the beginning he was very patient and he wasn’t forcing me to open up, instead he was trying to find different ways to create a comfortable, trusting and friendly environment, where I feel safe to say anything. I personally think he is doing a great job. He is professional, but he is a human and you can see both sides in a balanced blend usually during a session. Sometimes he taps on things which I would never notice, which straight away gives me a different perspective on situations. As English is not my first language, I have to say we have surprisingly good conversations. He seems to understand even my most abstract thoughts. I could only recommend Liam to anyone who is going through some though times or just needs someone to talk to. ”

“I have just had my last session with Angelina and I feel like a different person from when I began my sessions. She made me feel comfortable from the very start and I felt I could talk openly and honestly with no judgment. She gave me techniques and skills to help my mental health that I will continue to use throughout my life. She pieced together things that had happened in my life that affected my anxiety which I couldn’t see for myself, and throughout all of my sessions I felt truly heard and understood.
