“I’ve been really happy with my sessions with Hilary. There were things I’d been looking to work on from the beginning, but as other things have happened in my life more recently, we’ve been able to work through them in a way that also supports the previous work and keeps everything moving in the right direction. Her ability to change her approach and adapt to whatever is thrown at her makes the sessions feel like they’re always tailored to me, and gives me a huge amount of trust in her. I would recommend working with Hilary to anyone considering therapy.”

“I have just finished with Steph, we had a series of 11 sessions in total. So that should be 11 x 5 stars. Every single one I was able to go away with either a light bulb moment, sense of acceptance over a matter or something to go further out there to seek and work on until the next session. I started the therapy in what I can only describe as being in a horrible place. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone! If you’re feeling like that, you’re in the right place now. Keep going. I am leaving the therapy and Steph now in a more enlightened and purposeful way to start enjoying the next chapter of the life journey. I have become an overall package again, rather than the shreds and pieces I felt on starting. Steph understood me so well, not many people want to. All / a lot of credit to Steph.
