There were things I’d been looking to work on from the beginning, but as other things have happened in my life more recently, we’ve been able to work through them in a way that also supports the previous work and keeps everything moving in the right direction. Her ability to change her approach and adapt to whatever is thrown at her makes the sessions feel like they’re always tailored to me, and gives me a huge amount of trust in her. “Couples therapy - I have absolutely loved and appreciated having Suzy as our therapist. She is great at helping both parties to feel comfortable, validated and heard. She pinpointed the heart of the issues early on and redirected discussion when it went off topic. Our sessions have helped us to remember that we are on the same side rather than opponents in conflict, which has already made a world of difference for us.
