“Anthony helped me identify thought processes that were holding me in a cycle of addiction. I came to see my addictions as symptomatic of deeper problems around my sense of self worth, and my load has been considerably lightened by Anthony's neutral and non-judgemental approach. He's also a genuinely friendly guy, which really helped me relax. I had thought therapy would be this big, scary moment, but in actuality, once I overcame the hurdle of verbalising issues that I had always kept to myself, it was a liberating process that I always left feeling invigorated.
