“Amy has been a wonderful therapist during our time together spanning a year and a half. Her calm and patient demeanour along with her constant encouragement helped me open up and talk through a number of issues and I’m extremely happy with the progress we made. I highly recommend Amy for anyone seeking therapy. ”

“Mabel has been amazing. She's helped me so much already in such a short amount of time. I've never felt so listened too and understood by anyone and I've never had someone help me make connections between behaviors I was showing and what happened to me, helping me work through these and understand the connections too.”

“I’m incredibly grateful to Josephine for the support she has given me through a particularly difficult period of low mood and significant anxiety. When I first started our sessions, I was in a place of real distress, and I honestly feel that I am now in a very different place because of the work we have done together. Josephine is incredibly compassionate and consistent, but also knows when to challenge my ways of thinking, which I have found particularly valuable. She has given me so many practical resources and techniques that I can continue to use outside of our sessions. We have talked about a huge range of things, from immediate worries and challenges to experiences from much further back in my life. I have always felt completely comfortable being open with her. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely non-judgemental, and I have never felt that anything I brought to a session was too small, insignificant or “silly” to discuss. I feel much better equipped to understand myself, manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and recognise the patterns that can affect how I feel. I would wholeheartedly recommend Josephine to anyone considering therapy, and I’m very grateful that I found her at a time when I really needed the support.”

“Nina makes you feel completely comfortable from the off, her methods are meaningful and structured. She remembers a lot of information and actively wants to get to know you to work through you, i feel completely at ease about opening up and being 100% truthful. I personally think she has this subconscious way of explaining something, which in turn makes you read between the lines and make you realise her assessment yourself, which gives maximum accountability ”
