“Lucy made me feel relaxed and welcome. Our first session ran over, which just emphasised to me that Lucy puts her clients first (are we clients or patients I'm not sure?!) It was my first experience of therapy and I had a lot of reservations and nerves but Lucy made me feel listened to, and I didn't feel judged which was one of my concerns.
