“I have nothing but good things to say about my time with Carol, There were plenty of things going on in my life at the time of starting the sessions where I didn't know how to process them at all, throughout the sessions we worked at finding the route causes of everything and how to work through that, we worked through past traumas and difficulty processing certain situations and events, throughout the months with Carol I have notices a massive improvement in my mood and ability to deal with burnout and just everything really, I would definitely recommend Carol. ”

“I have really loved talking to Ann-Marie over the past months and every week I looked forward to the sessions, especially during a time with lots of changes happening in my life and feeling instability. She is very calming to talk to, warm, understanding and really listens and helps you bring out your own feelings and thoughts. She guides you with tools to help yourself but never imposes, gently asking the relevant questions that really made me think and understand, to action change. I have felt so much lighter and inspired after each session and I feel like I have grown so much throughout the sessions overall, so I am very glad I chose to work with Ann-Marie.”

“Evening, I had toyed with the idea of seeing a therapist for a while and even got to selecting a time for my appointment, but couldn’t finalise. I finally did and chose Ondine and was very apprehensive about my first appointment. Even considered cancelling. When I arrived at her lovely home, I was instantly made comfortable and that I was I a safe space where I could talk openly - possibly for the first time in my life. I soon felt like I was talking to a wise friend who, during open conversation made my mind open up to a slightly different way of thinking. I have only had a small number of sessions but in that time she’s has tweaked my way of thinking which in turn has had an enormous effect on my families life. I cannot recommend Ondine enough, and I have along with Harley as a platform to some close friends. Whilst my sessions have had a massively positive impact on my life, I will continue to meet up and chew the fat. She is amazing and I cannot thank her enough. Marcus ”
