“A Truly Kind, Patient and Supportive Psychologist I have been having counselling sessions with Dr Sidra Chaudhry for almost a year now, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for all the kindness, patience and understanding she has shown me throughout this time. From our very first conversation, I felt that she was genuinely warm, approachable and easy to talk to. She always listens carefully and patiently, without making me feel rushed, judged or uncomfortable. Her calm and friendly manner creates a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere, which makes it much easier for me to open up and share my thoughts and feelings. What I appreciate most about Dr Chaudhry is that every time I speak with her, I feel more relaxed and emotionally at ease. Even when I have been going through particularly stressful or difficult periods, our conversations have helped me feel calmer, more understood and less overwhelmed. She gives me the time and space to express myself freely, and I never feel that I have to hide my worries or pretend that everything is fine. Having someone who genuinely listens, understands and responds with such patience has made a meaningful difference to my emotional wellbeing. Over the past year, our regular conversations have become an important source of emotional support for me. I always look forward to our sessions because I know I will be speaking with someone who is compassionate, respectful and genuinely attentive. I also appreciate her professionalism and consistency. She has always treated me with kindness and respect, and I feel comfortable discussing my concerns with her. That sense of trust is something I value enormously. I sincerely hope to continue our counselling sessions and maintain this positive therapeutic relationship for a long time to come. Her support has been very helpful to my emotional wellbeing, and I am truly grateful for the care and understanding she has shown me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Sidra Chaudhry to anyone looking for a patient, compassionate, approachable and supportive psychologist. Thank you so much, Dr Chaudhry, for your kindness, patience and continued support. It really means a great deal to me.”

“I really appreciated how Fiona was very educational/informative and very open to provide advice and support. I felt like my words were being heard, especially as she kept taking notes and referring back to them throughout our conversation. I feel like there was structure in our session, and it made me excited for what therapy could (hopefully) help with in my life.”
