I did therapy with Shane for 9-10 months, and it was one of the best decisions I made in 2025. Due to changes in my personal life, I was unable to commit for a far longer period as he was absolutely fantastic. He heard me through and through, made sure that he double checked that he understood what I told him, and would give me practical advice that I've not heard before. He was able to help me recognise my worth, dive in my childhood past to affirm what was right and wasn't right, and many many more things. I would 1000% recommend him. He's worth every penny.
