I reached out to Nikki on Harley Therapy 6-months ago looking for support with anxiety. Nikki has been an amazing asset in helping me to better understand the root causes of the anxiety & worked with me to find personal management techniques what work for me; we also worked on occasional hypnotherapy based sessions which i would helped. Nikki was able to make me feel very much at ease even when discussing uncomfortable memories & has shown nothing but compassion & understanding. I would highly recommend Nikki for anybody who is looking to better understand their personal challenges (especially relating with grief) & is ready to move forwards with the tools & understanding to live a better life.
