Junior is very easy to talk to, very approachable and open-minded. He has a variety of techniques based on what best fits the person, is happy to find more information if you ask for anything specific, and provides worksheets so you can develop better routines and help yourself. He is also down-to-earth and has a sense of humour, which always helps. For someone like me for whom this was the first time doing something like this, I think he was an ideal therapist.
