I was very relieved to be able to see a therapist so quickly as my anxiety was debilitating on Tuesday morning. I felt comfortable with Jake's manner. I found him very open and he clearly understood what I was describing. He asked clear questions to be sure he was getting my thinking; this helped me reframe/review my ideas about my situation. I did not feel inhibited in telling him my history or my present problems.
